How far in advance should I book balloons for my event?

We recommend booking your event a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. This gives the design team enough time to discuss and execute your vision.

Do you require a deposit? 

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit/booking fee is required upon booking. Your event date is not secured until your deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. In the case of cancellations, your deposit may be transferred to another event date.

What is a “Grab and Go” garland?

Grab and Go garlands are pre-constructed garlands that are available for pick up only. These garlands are perfect for small spaces and are approximately 7 feet in length. Your garland will include a kit with hanging instructions, mounting tools and accessories such as floral (optional).

I bought a balloon kit on Amazon, can you use that to create my garland?

Unfortunately, we do not use customer provided materials.

​I saw a setup on Pinterest that I love! Can you recreate it?

We love when customers send us inspiration pictures but we do not recreate/copy another artist’s work. We will take your vision, colours and theme into consideration when we plan for your unique setup.
